Focus on the good

Today I got up and went for a walk with my dogs, like every day. I just had breakfast and I'm planning my activities for the day. Exercising is becoming easier and easier for me. It's still tiring and difficult, but it's becoming easier. That, and seeing my progress in photos and videos, motivates me.

My car battery is giving me trouble, and that's worrying me because I really want to go to the beach to take more photos and videos. Yesterday I spoke to my brother, and apparently he's also keen to go to the beach, and we'll probably go in his car. Even so, I need to fix mine because he can't always, or sometimes doesn't feel like it.

Since I left my parents' house, life hasn't been easy, but in return I've gained some experience and maturity, and that's what we need to focus on. Everyone has problems. A negative, problem-focused attitude only brings more negativity and problems. That's why it's important to try to see the good, no matter how small, and be grateful. Today I'll go about my day as if my car hasn't broken down until I finish my activities (exercise and sewing), and once I'm done, I'll look for a solution to fix that battery.

Anyway, I hope that if you have difficulties during your day, you can resolve them, as long as it's within your power to do so. And if it's not within your power, I wish you peace of mind and balance to accept the situation and move forward with everything else in your life. Have a great start to the week, Keko.
