There is something the beach always reminds me of.

It doesn't matter how many worries you are carrying. As soon as you feel the sand under your feet and hear the sea, something changes. As if for a few moments, the world stops racing and gives you permission to simply exist.

I think that is why I started designing thongs.

It wasn't just about making a different garment. It was about trying to capture that feeling of freedom I always find in front of the sea. That feeling of traveling light, of feeling the sun on your skin, of not having to prove anything to anyone.

Every design I make reminds me of one of those moments: a beach where I saw an unforgettable sunrise, a trip that ended up being better than expected, a conversation with a stranger who ended up becoming a friend, or simply an afternoon when I understood that happiness is usually much simpler than we think.

That is what La Playita is to me.

I don't just sell thongs. I try to share a lifestyle that has made me happy for many years. A reminder that it is always worth looking for the sea, discovering a new place, laughing a little more, and living with less fear of what others might say.
