Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products (thong-style underwear), we only accept returns if the garment has a manufacturing defect that prevents its use and as long as it has no signs of use .

It is essential that:

• The garment has not been worn or washed.

• Keep in its original packaging and in new condition.

• We are notified of the problem within the first 7 calendar days after receiving the product.

If your return is accepted, a refund for the cost of the product will be issued once we receive it in the warehouse.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
